1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between sixe6s ("we", "our", "platform") and the user ("you", "member"). By using the sixe6s website, mobile version or any related services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Key terms used in these Terms:

• "Platform" — all online services, games and betting services of sixe6s.
• "Member" — any registered user who holds an active account.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a member's account (real money and bonuses are counted separately).
• "Bonus" — additional funds granted for promotional purposes, which cannot be withdrawn without meeting specific conditions.

2. Account Registration

To open an account and enjoy services at sixe6s, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited.

• Transferring, selling or allowing third parties to use the account is prohibited.

At the time of registration you must provide a valid mobile number and email address. sixe6s reserves the right to suspend withdrawals at any time until identity verification is completed.

2.1 KYC Verification

To ensure safe and responsible service, sixe6s may request identity documents (a copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address when necessary. If KYC documents are not submitted, the account may be kept in a restricted state.

3. Age Verification

sixe6s strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Opening an account on this platform and taking part in any form of betting or gaming activity is completely prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age.

If there is suspicion that a minor is using an account, sixe6s will immediately suspend that account and conduct the necessary investigation.

4. Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Log out of your account after logging in from a public device or network.

sixe6s does not bear responsibility for account hacking or unauthorised use resulting from a member's own negligence.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at sixe6s is ৳300. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others)

When making a deposit you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The normal processing time for a successful withdrawal is 30 minutes to 3 hours.

sixe6s reserves the right to review suspicious transactions for the prevention of money laundering. In such cases, additional documents may be requested.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the total bonus amount must be completed.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are usable only on eligible games and betting markets.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same payment method or device, the bonus will be forfeited.
• sixe6s reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The sixe6s VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

7. Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activities on sixe6s:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed within the game.
• Betting decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility. sixe6s does not guarantee any outcome.
• Bets left incomplete due to a technical error may be cancelled or settled at sixe6s's discretion.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed in gameplay, sixe6s may place payments on hold in the interest of investigation.

7.1 Cricket Betting

Specific market rules apply for betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments. If a match is abandoned or postponed, sixe6s settles bets in accordance with established industry standards.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are completely prohibited on the sixe6s platform:

• Bonus abuse — collecting extra bonuses by exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or illegal fund processing.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• System hacking, phishing or other cyber attacks.

9. Limitation of Liability

sixe6s is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of gambling.
• Games or bets left incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
• Issues arising from a member's negligence or incorrect information.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure circumstances.

sixe6s always strives to provide a safe and reliable service, but it is not possible to guarantee uninterrupted service 24/7.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

sixe6s never sells members' personal information to third parties without the member's consent. However, information may need to be provided in response to legal obligations or requests from regulatory authorities.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account at any time via live chat or email. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by sixe6s

sixe6s may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms is proven.
• If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period (12 months or more).
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Changes to Terms

• Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as agreement to the new terms and conditions.

It is the member's own responsibility to read the terms and conditions regularly. Members have the right to close their account if they do not agree with the changes.
